Basic Philosophy and Action Agenda
The 1st: Our Research Institute exist only the Internet.
We are proposing research and educational activities to Japanese and to all
Earth-citizens.
The 2nd: We established the Official Web Site and Official Blog 1 &2.
We will publish the research results of earth environment and earth-citizen
Society from the viewpoint of the 3rd planet of the solar system, on our
Official Web Site and Blogs.

It’s covered the Field of Philosophy.
The Main Theme is “Retroact the Origin of the Human Beings’ Culture”.
The 3rd: Our activity is based on United Nations’ Millennium Development Goals:

Goal 1: Eradicate Extreme Hunger and Poverty
Goal 2: Achieve Universal Primary Education
Goal 7: Ensure Environmental Sustainability
The 4th: Education Field Activity
We opened the Lecture Courses on Official Blog 1&2.
The lectures levels assume general university educational level.
The 5th: The languages used are Japanese and English, and our mail communication
Means are image and animation; Video Files.
The 6th: Although our Institute is not an official NPO organization, it takes the form
of a deemed NPO and performs philanthropy from the base of a Natural
Scientist.
The 8th: We define this Basic Philosophy and Action Agenda of our Laboratory as
being equivalent to the articles of an NPO. This document is publishes on
the Official Site and Official Blog1. For this reason, in order to clarify
social responsibility, the responsible person’s Electronic Signature is
attached.
The 9th: Main Area of Research
(1) Physics Field: Puts Emphasis on the History of Physics
History of Physics: “Dawn of Modern Physics and its genealogy”
Now, the 6 volume “Albert Einstein” has been published in Electronic Books.
I ‘m preparing to write to the work of 7th volume: “Quantum Physics”.
(2) Philosophy Field: Retroact the origin of the Asia civilization.

The origin of Japanese Culture: “Japanese Poet’s Genealogy”
The origin of Chinese Culture: “Chinese Poetry: Kanshi”
The origin of South Korea Culture: “Traditional Performance Arts”
(3) The following candidate: Research of the Indian Philosophy and Buddhism.
・Change to Mahayanist Buddhism in Candara area from Gautama Buddha’s
Primitive Buddhism Philosophy.
・The change to the Chinese Buddhism in China Changing via city states of the
Western Regions.
・Historical circumstances of the propagation to Japan
・I would like to study Indian Philosophy and Buddhism from the viewpoint of
a natural scientist, to eliminate its religious nature as much as possible and
analyze common points and differences.
・I hope that this research will be useful for the everyday lives of Japanese, Asia
And all people of Earth.
The 10th: Resumption of “Japan Picture Communication Academy” is declared by the
Chairman’s authority.
The 11th: The purpose of Research Activities:
For the next generation, the generation of our grandchildren, I will do
my duty.
The 12th: On this Basic Philosophy and Action Agenda, we will perform the research
activities and the social proposal.
